If you travel through Park West, you know that school has started. In the past that meant traffic issues on Park West Blvd near the school entrances and exits.
Mt. Pleasant made some changes to Park West Blvd just before school started and I’m wondering if you think those changes have helped. The Town of Mt. Pleasant did a good job of getting the work done without to much disruption. But now that the work is finished and school is in session, was it worth the effort? I haven’t noticed as much traffic clutter in the morning as I remember from last year, but maybe my memory isn’t that good.
If you drop your children off in the morning or pick them up in the afternoon, have the changes helped you? If you aren’t dropping children off, but are on Park West Blvd on your way to work, is it better for you?

You’re new bog is great!

Well, it is a start. I expect to be a bit irreverant and more casual in this adventure. I don’t know what to expect from the effort, but I hope it will bring some fun and a bit of laughter.
Welcome to the blogging world! I’m on the other side of Mt. Pleasant and live near Moultrie Middle and am lucky enough to be on or off the road during drop off, pick up hours so I have nothing to offer here other than just a welcome.
Becca, thanks for your comment. You went through the rebuilding of Moultrie Middle so you have experience with changes to traffic in an area. How are things working out with the new school?
